5. Website Package Pricing
Website package prices are general starting prices unless otherwise quoted. Final pricing may vary depending on project scope, content requirements, integrations, ecommerce complexity, product volume, custom functionality, licensing and support requirements.
Hosting, domain registration, email hosting, plugin renewals, maintenance, copywriting, product uploads and third-party costs may be charged separately unless specifically included in writing.
6. Hosting Services
Hosting services are provided according to the selected hosting plan and any applicable usage limits, account settings and service terms.
Hosting features may include storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases, WordPress installation tools, security tools and server resources depending on the selected plan.
Hosting Resource Usage
Customers must use hosting services fairly and must not use hosting accounts for activities that place unreasonable load on server resources, harm service reliability or breach applicable laws.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring domain ownership, renewal, registrar access and contact details are kept up to date unless domain management is specifically included in an agreed service.
9. Payments And Invoicing
Customers agree to pay invoices, hosting fees, package fees and other service charges by the due date shown on the invoice or checkout process.
Recurring services such as hosting, email, support or maintenance may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension, restricted access, delayed support or termination of services.
10. Taxes And Pricing
Prices may be shown with or without GST depending on the service, invoice, checkout or quotation. Any applicable taxes will be shown where required.
Pricing may change from time to time. Existing recurring services may be updated with reasonable notice where practical.
11. Refunds And Cancellations

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, licensing, privacy policies and availability. Symes Solutions is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes or limitations outside our control.
15. Website Content And Legal Compliance

We take reasonable steps to maintain secure hosting and website environments, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers must avoid insecure passwords, abandoned software, unsafe plugins, untrusted code and poor account security practices.
Malware cleanup, hacked site recovery, blacklist remediation or advanced security repairs may be quoted separately unless covered by an active support agreement.
19. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, internet issues, third-party providers, security incidents, DNS changes, software updates or circumstances outside our control.
We are not liable for every interruption, delay or loss caused by service downtime or third-party failures.
